The Founders

Marlin Offshore was started in September 2002 by Ira Gervais and Javis Boudreaux to enable them to provide, services, equipment, and technology to its clientele representing the global oil and gas regions. In order to enhance its abilities in various parts of the world to improve its technology, efficiencies and production construction schemes.

Javis and Ira began their worldwide organization with its customers in October of 1999, working with four separate drilling, completion, and shipyard activities.
Ira and Javis have over 70 years combined comprehensive drilling, production, and completion expertise to service its customers globally.
