Mike Unsworth - CEO
Prior to joining Marlin Offshore he gained 29 years experience in the offshore oil and gas industry holding various technical, marketing and senior management positions around the world. Since 2000 he held positions as Marketing Director in Africa Europe and Vice President of Marketing for Transocean in Paris and Houston respectively. Prior to this he worked with Schlumberger from 1981 to 2000 where he served in various positions including Field Engineer, Division Manager and Region Manager for Schlumberger's drilling business in Asia. Mr. Unsworth has an honors degree in Civil Engineering from Strathclyde University in Scotland.

 
Kim Stanford - COO
Prior to joining Marlin Offshore in August 2010, Kim worked for 35 years in the drilling sector of the oil and gas industry and most of this time was spent with Seadrill or its predecessor companies in Sea East Asia. He has worked in various management positions operating self erecting tender assisted drilling rigs in Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei and Malaysia. In 2006 he moved to an oil company taking a position as drilling superintendent with Addax Petroleum in Nigeria and in 2009 he returned to Seadrill as head of their HSE department in Singapore. Kim has extensive experience managing shipyard projects and he managed the first purpose new build semi submersible tender operating for Shell in Brunei.

 
Jim Lattis - CFO
Chief Financial Officer Jim Lattis has been with Marlin Offshore since the company's inception in 2006. After 4 years as Financial Director and leading international administration, Jim was elected CFO in September of 2010. A 34-year veteran of the oil and gas industry, Jim has vast experience with major offshore drilling contractors around the world. Since initiating his career at Santa Fe Drilling, where he moved up the ranks to the position of controller of mid-continent operations, Jim has held senior financial management positions at ENSCO, Diamond Offshore, and Marine Drilling. In addition, he served as administrative manager for engineering and projects at Pride International, and he was the international controller at TODCO. Jim has a degree in Economics from California State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

 
Raymond Barth - Business Development Manager
Over 29 years of international business experience and customer development in the far East, Southeast Asia, Europe & Mid East. Formerly manager of international business and customer development at Crowley Marine Services, Inc and Vice President, Business Development at JFP Energy.
